About The Role

Join Our Team of Telephone Interviewers - Work from Home! Recruiting for January start dates!

Ipsos is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telephone Interviewers on a casual basis.  In this flexible, work-from-home role you'll conduct market research surveys, engaging with the public and businesses on a variety of interesting topics.  We offer a casual work environment where you choose your own hours and shifts, making it easy to balance work with other commitments.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct telephone interviews using your own computer and internet connection
  • Engage participants in a confident and polite manner.
  • Accurately gather information following provided scripts and questionnaires.
  • Ensure responses are unbiased and meet project specifications.
  • Provide a positive interview experience, acting as an ambassador for Ipsos and our clients.
 
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A professional and patient demeanour.
  • A laptop/PC (Windows 10 or above) with a working camera for training and briefing.
  • A compatible USB headset with a microphone.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • A quiet, private workspace.

Training:
  • Four weeks of paid training (£11.50 per hour).
  • Mandatory set shifts (up to 20 hours per week) for the initial training period, including a mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Remote webinar-based training with detailed feedback and support.
